Exchange Policy
At Garo Boyadjian, we offer exchanges on eligible items within 10 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned to the original packaging. Sale and
customized items are excluded from exchanges.
• Eligibility: Exchanges are accepted for items of the same or higher value.
• Return Shipping: If the exchange is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item sent), we will cover the shipping costs. For other exchanges, the customer is responsible
for the return shipping costs.
• How to Request an Exchange: Contact us at info@garoboyadjian.ae with your order number and details of the product you’d like to exchange. We will guide you through the
process.
• Exchange Period: 10 days after the delivery date, exchanges will no longer be available.
Important: If an item is returned in a condition other than its original state (e.g., damaged, missing components), a 25% deduction may apply to the value of the returned item.
Refund Policy
Refunds can be requested for most new, unopened items within 10 days of delivery. Sale and customized items are non-refundable. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, including the original packaging.
• Refund for UAE Orders:
o Cash Payments: Refunds will be issued through the original payment method, with delivery and pickup charges deducted.
o Online Payments: A 5% transaction fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
To initiate a refund, please contact info@garoboyadjian.ae with proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order number).
Partial Refunds: In certain situations, a partial refund may be issued:
• If the item is returned damaged or in a condition not due to our fault, a 25% deduction may be applied to the refund amount.
Refund Timing
If you haven’t received your refund yet, kindly take the following steps:
1. Verify your bank account.
2. Contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time for the refund to be
processed.
3. Check with your bank to confirm if the refund has been posted.
